NewWaySERVICE allows you to create questionnaires. A questionnaire is simply a list of questions that you define and that can then be answered by your technicians or customers. Any type of questionnaire can be created such as checklists, inspection forms, surveys, etc.

Questionnaires can be attached to work orders, quotes, equipment, etc. with a simple click. No paper, everything is kept electronically.

A new user defined field of type Signature is now available. In addition to being able to capture the customer's signature on a work order, you can now capture the signature at other times, such as at each visit for a same-workorder. (2024-12-10)

When you create a new technician, the technician can be automatically notified by email. All he/she has to do is click a link to access NewWaySERVICE.com and choose its password. An icon can even be automatically added to its desktop or home screen. (2024-03-12)

Directly from a workorder, with a simple click of the mouse, you can now reassign the customer assigned to an equipment. This is particularly useful when you are renting equipment and that equipment can change customers often. (2020-11-02)
